Admissions Agreement

Our facilities provide a creative, loving and planned educational environment for your child. Our staff invites you to see us in action during any of our business hours. We provide a monthly curriculum listing the activities that your child will be taking part in. Any changes in the daily schedule will posted.
If a decision is made between the Director and Owner, that a child's best interest is not being served at our facilities, the parent will be given a two weeks verbal and written notice that other care must be found. If the safety of the other children or staff is at stake, then immediate removal of the child will be required.

Occasionally, as part of our planned program, walking trips and field trips are included in the curriculum. These excursions away from the facility are always planned in advance and the parents are always notified and encouraged to participate. These off campus trips are totally optional and children are not required to participate.

As a part of our school we offer dance, gymnastics, and karate. All of these extra activities are provided by outside companies and any questions regarding their program should be directed to the individual companies. There is an extra charge for these activities that should be paid directly to them. Each child is given a free trial of each activity once enrolled. These extra activities are totally optional and children are not required to participate.

Our basic tuition rates can be found on our Price Sheet. Any increase in tuition will be given in writing with a 30-day notice. All tuition is due and payable in advance either weekly or monthly. If tuition is not received by the due date, late fees will be charged.
Tuition not paid by the end of the second week will constitute a breach of contract and your child will not be admitted back to school. Our policy also consists of no refunds. There is NO reduction in tuition for sickness, holidays, vacations or staff development days. (Please see our School Calendar for dates). Exception: Each student will be given two FULL weeks a year at half tuition, with notice to office. Any other time off will be charged full tuition.

At the time of enrollment, specific days of attendance must be given. These days must be consecutive. Extra days may be added with Director's approval. Any request for changes or modifications should be given to the Director for accommodation, space availability, and staff permitting. Prior notice is required for permanent changes and a two week notice is required before child's last day.

If your child becomes sick while at school, you will be notified and asked to pick up your child as soon as possible. If your child is sick or will not be attending school, we request a phone call to the office informing the status of your child.

You, the parent or guardian, are required to walk your child both in and out of the school along with completing the sign in/out sheet. You must use your proper first and last name on the sign in/out sheet, and not mom or dad.

Please see Information sheet and Policies and Procedures sheet for further conditions of admission.
